Dr Youren is an experienced and compassionate clinician who is committed to assisting people overcome a range of psychological concerns, including the treatment of:

Carolyn draws on a range of therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and Positive Psychology techniques to assist in the skill building process. She is committed to improving the wellbeing of all of her patients, and will tailor treatment accordingly, and is a warm, caring person who makes her clients feel at ease.

BSppSc (Phys/Ed), GradDip (Ex/SportSc), MAppSc (Research), EdD (Counselling Psychology), Assoc member APS.

Carolyn has worked at numerous Colleges in Boston, MA, Boston Medical Centre, Centre for Anxiety and Related disorders (CARD) and has extensive experience in private practices in Melbourne, Australia.
