Carolyn Youren

Psychology Balwyn

Life often changes. Sometimes of our own planning, sometimes resulting from choices other people make. Change can invigorate or sometimes it can pull us down, and we can find ourselves letting go of the things we value most.

Learning to regulate your mood, focus in the present, and be more flexible in your thinking are just some of the skills that Carolyn can help you to develop in order to navigate change.
